As most items are handmade, please allow up to 10 business days from time of order for items to be produced. Please note that during high volume times, i.e., Christmas, additional processing days may be required since items are handmade.
Order Changes
You have 24 hours after placing your order to contact us in regards to any changes you would like to make. Changes include:

- Personalized note for gifting purposes
- Address changes
We cannot offer any further changes after 24 hours as production has begun.
Returns & Exchanges
All pieces are made to order and custom made for you therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges after your order is placed.
Please measure your neck/wrist and know your ring size in order to guarantee your perfect fit prior to ordering. You can always use a measuring tape and wrap it around your neck or wrist (ensure its flush) to find your measurement.
