How do I find my size?

You can measure your neck/wrist with a soft measuring tape or with a piece of string. Take the string, measure it to the length you would like then use a ruler to measure the length (in inches!). Ensure the measuring tape or string you use flush to guarantee the most accurate sizing.

What is Sterling Silver?

Sterling silver is made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% alloy. Sterling Silver is an excellent and durable option for everyday wear. Sterling silver is much more durable compared to fine silver because of the added metal alloys. This can help your piece last and stay looking its best for longer. Even if it tarnishes over time, it can easily be polished back to a full shine or you can use anti-tarnish liquid (ensure you read the manufactures instructions on the liquid)

What is Gold Filled?

Gold filled refers to a thick outer layer of durable, real solid gold which is tarnish resistant. Gold filled jewellery is a beautiful yet affordable alternative to solid gold and can be worn by people with sensitive skin. Our items are gold filled on top of sterling silver or brass. To clean gold filled, it is best to use mild soap and water and to gently clean your item.

What is Gold Plated?

Plating is the process through which a piece of jewellery made from a certain metal or alloy is covered with a layer of another metal. For example, a silver ring with a layer of gold on top would be sold as gold plated. Every after use, clean your plated jewellery with a cotton ball or a very soft cloth to remove any dust and dirt. Gently rubbing the surface of your plated jewellery using a soft jewellery cloth also helps restore shine. If your jewellery needs more cleaning you may clean it with warm, soapy water.

Why are there little indentations on my jewellery?

Our jewellery is curated and handmade just for you. Handmade pieces may have small dents due to handling and maneuvering the jewellery while we are making the piece. These are not defects to your jewellery and shouldn’t be viewed as such. Each order is handcrafted upon request and each piece is unique and may be “perfectly imperfect”.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift Wrapping is charged at an additional $5. All items will be placed in the same box unless stated otherwise. If you’re wanting separate boxes please let us know in the notes box at checkout!

How should I care for my jewellery?

Shipping & Returns

How long will it take for my order to ship?

As most items are handmade, please allow up to 10 business days from time of order for items to be produced. Please note that during high volume times, i.e., Christmas, additional processing days may be required since items are handmade.

Can you rush my order?

We will do our best to ship out your order as soon as possible. During very busy times, it may take the full stated processing time. If you have a specific date you want your item by, please try and place your order well in advance. You can also email us and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate or not. Please contact us and reference your order number.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated in the checkout based on your location.

Will I have to pay customs, duty, or import charges?

Buyers are responsible for any customs, duty, and/or import tax charges that may apply. We are not responsible for any delays due to customs.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

All pieces are made to order and custom made for you therefore, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges after your order is placed.

You have 24 hours after placing your order to contact us in regards to any changes you would like to make. Changes include: 

  • Sizing 
  • Personalized note for gifting purposes 
  • Address changes

We cannot offer any further changes after 24 hours as production has begun.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the event that an item comes damaged or part of your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt and we will be glad to help with any issues. 

Why hasn't my order arrived?

We cannot take responsibility for lost parcels, parcels returned to sender due to incorrect address or any postal service delays, so please be mindful when adding your shipping address.

If the parcel is returned to sender, an automatic refund will be processed, using the original method of payment, for the cost of the merchandise only. You will then be notified via email that a refund was processed due to the package being returned. If you’d still like the merchandise, you will need to place another order.
